We're looking for the kind of person who cares about staff and customers alike. Happy staff are the best kind of staff—the kind who give our customers the greatest experience possible. That's what BiteSize is all about: a warm, welcoming and positive experience. And a bit of humour too.

While café or hospitality experience would be ideal, we're more interested in your organisational and interpersonal abilities and expertise. Precision and hawk-like attention to detail are key. You'll be the guardian of the BiteSize experience, so everything must be just right—from the way the café looks to the food, drinks and service customers get.

If you thrive in a busy environment, you'll enjoy managing our Ballincollig café.

For this role, two years minimum experience in a hospitality or retail role is ESSENTIAL.
