COLD BUFFET

Roast Turkey crown – sliced

Baked Ham glazed with mustard & brown sugar, served with tomato relish

Chargrilled darnes of Ballycotton Bay Salmon served with a

cucumber pickle

Roast Beef cooked with rosemary & garlic and served with

horseradish cream

 

 

SALADS

Coleslaw – made with red onion, parsley and a hint of mustard & lemon

Potato salad – creamed potatoes mixed with spring onion & mayonnaise

Green salad – Mixed leaves with grated carrot, cherry tomatoes with a honey & mustard dressing on the side

Oriental Noodle Salad

Tomato & Feta cheese salad with fresh pesto dressing

 

BREADS

Wholemeal brown loaf – sliced
Crusty French Baguettes– sliced

 

COSTING

Turkey, ham & salmon plus 3 salads and breads - €15.50 per person

Beef with one other meat i.e. turkey or ham plus the salmon, choice of 3 salads and breads at €18 per person

 

CANAPES BY THE BOX  

Duck wraps – Shredded duck, cucumber, spring onion, fresh coriander & a hoi sin sauce rolled in a tortilla

Stilton Tartlets – Bite size pastry cups filled with a quiche mix, stilton cheese and a red onion marmalade (Baked)

Bruschetta – Toasted olive bread topped with rocket, salami and flame roasted peppers

Smoked Salmon – Ballycotton smoked salmon on blinis topped with horseradish cream & cucumber pickle

Mozzarella sticks – Kalamata olives, basil leaf, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella balls skewered

Goats Cheese wraps – Ardsallagh goats cheese, roasted courgettes, peppers, rocket and relish



Mixture of the above canapés  – 40 canapés per box at €38

Guinness & Beef Casserole – Diced fillet of beef slowly cooked with shallots, button mushrooms and a Guinness sauce – served with a creamed champ potatoes - €7.50 per person
Thai Chicken – Strips of chicken cooked in a coconut, lemongrass and green curry sauce – served with a basmati rice - €7 per person
